Terms of Service
Effective October 11, 2026
These terms govern use of the AnomaEYE website and any demo, evaluation, or service that does not have a separate signed agreement. A signed customer agreement takes priority if its terms conflict with this page.
Using the service
You may use the website and services only for lawful, authorized purposes and in accordance with any order form, pilot agreement, or customer contract. You are responsible for account credentials, authorized users, camera access, network permissions, and the accuracy of information you provide.
You must not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, reverse engineer protected components except where law expressly permits it, or use the service to violate another person's rights.
Camera use and human review
You are responsible for having the notices, permissions, legal basis, and policies required to operate cameras and process video in each deployment location.
AnomaEYE is a decision-support system. Alerts identify sequences for review; they do not establish that theft or misconduct occurred. Detection may be incomplete or incorrect, and trained human review is required before intervention or adverse action.
Evaluations and availability
Demo, research, beta, or pilot features may be changed, limited, or discontinued. Camera compatibility, behavior coverage, performance, and setup timing depend on the deployment environment and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated in a signed agreement.
We may perform maintenance, apply security measures, or suspend access that creates a material security, legal, or operational risk.
Ownership and feedback
AnomaEYE and its licensors retain rights in the website, software, models, designs, documentation, and related technology. Customers retain their rights in customer-provided data, subject to the permissions needed to provide the service.
If you provide feedback, you allow us to use it to improve the service without an obligation to compensate you, while avoiding disclosure of your confidential information.
Third-party services
The service may link to or depend on third-party camera, hosting, scheduling, payment, or communications services. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services, and AnomaEYE is not responsible for systems it does not control.
Disclaimers and liability
Except as expressly stated in a signed agreement, the website and evaluation features are provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free output, or detection of every event.
To the extent permitted by law, AnomaEYE is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or an evaluation. Contract-specific warranty and liability terms control for paid services.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply, unless a signed agreement says otherwise. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
Questions about these terms can be sent to contact@anomaeye.com or by phone to +92 312 7851851.
