Privacy Policy

Effective October 11, 2026

This policy explains how AnomaEYE handles information through this website and our behavior-aware video intelligence services. A customer agreement may include additional deployment-specific terms.

Information we collect

When you contact us, request a demo, or create an account, we may receive your name, work email, phone number, organization, role, and the content of your request.

Our website and services may collect technical information such as IP address, browser and device data, pages viewed, timestamps, diagnostic logs, and analytics events. Cookies or similar technologies may be used for essential functionality and measurement.

For product deployments, the information processed depends on the agreed configuration. It may include account and role data, organization and camera metadata, event records, and video clips associated with an incident alert.

How we use information

We use information to respond to requests, provide and secure the service, configure deployments, generate and review incident alerts, troubleshoot problems, measure product performance, and meet contractual or legal obligations.

Where applicable, processing is based on a contract, legitimate interests, consent, or another lawful basis. A customer deploying AnomaEYE is responsible for its own notices, authorizations, and lawful camera use.

Sharing and service providers

We share information with providers that help operate AnomaEYE. Today they include Google Cloud and Firebase (service hosting, sign-in, database, file storage and push notifications), Vercel (website hosting and analytics), Resend (email), Twilio (SMS), a calendar scheduling service (demo bookings), Safepay (payments) and Cloudinary (website media). Video analysis runs on a separate GPU inference server that we operate.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a corporate transaction.

We do not sell personal information. Product data is not shared with unrelated advertisers for behavioral advertising.

Retention and security

Live camera video is held in a rolling buffer for about five minutes and then deleted; it is not archived. Only a short clip around a detected incident is kept, in private storage that opens through links expiring after 30 minutes.

Other retention depends on the type of information, the customer configuration, contractual requirements, and applicable law. Event and clip retention for a deployment is agreed during onboarding.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information. No networked service can guarantee absolute security, so customers should also maintain appropriate access, network, and camera controls.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, or to request a portable copy. You can also opt out of non-essential communications.

To make a request, email contact@anomaeye.com. We may need to verify your identity and may direct deployment-related requests to the organization that controls the relevant camera or account data.

Updates and contact

We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated through the website or another appropriate channel.

Questions can be sent to contact@anomaeye.com or by phone to +92 312 7851851.
